Ninebot Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Ninebot is a privately held company headquartered in Beijing, China. In April of 2015 Ninebot acquired Segway Inc., headquartered in Bedford, New Hampshire. Segway Inc. is an American manufacturer of two-wheeled personal transporters, chiefly through its Segway PT and Segway miniPro product lines. Founded by inventor Dean Kamen in 1999, the company's name is a homophone of the word "segue".
Employee (Current Employee) says"Segway is not the company people would think it is. The technology is old and outdated. There are a number of long-time employees who haven't evolved with the times, which holds the company back. The ownership in China has no regard for people, their opinions, lives outside of work, etc. It's just a terrible place. Cons: Leadership (or lack thereof), company culture is terrible, technology and IT infrastructure is old, unwillingness to change with the times"
Accountant (Former Employee) says"Pay & benefits"
Configuration Control Coordinator/Project Manager (Former Employee) says"A typical type could include administering and processing change orders, updating CAD drawings and documents, creating and updating items and Bills of Material in the PLM and ERP systems. Cons: frequently changing management"
Office (Former Employee) says"The company was great about trying to get the employees to connect and stay positive. Great location in NH. The majority of the company moved to China."
Mechanical Assembler (Former Employee) says"I am a good worker and I learn fast. I would make a great asset to a great company. I have experience and know how to follow and understand directions."
